1. Service description

Kenya Document Assistant prepares documents from information you provide. We do not provide legal advice. Documents are not reviewed or verified by us for legal accuracy in your specific situation.

2. Not legal advice

The documents generated by this service are templates. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified advocate. For affidavits and agreements, we strongly recommend having the document reviewed by a legal professional before use.

3. Affidavits

An affidavit prepared by this service is only legally valid after it has been sworn before a Commissioner for Oaths or Advocate authorised to administer oaths in Kenya. The app prepares the document; the swearing is your responsibility.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through M-Pesa via PayHero. Prices are in Kenya Shillings (KSh) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We do not offer refunds for completed document generations except where a technical failure prevented delivery.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this service to create fraudulent documents, impersonate others, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for violations.

6. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of documents generated by this service. The service is provided "as is".
