Quick answers to common questions.
- How do I create a document?
- Click "Create a document", choose the type you need, answer the questions (takes about 2–3 minutes), then preview, pay with M-Pesa and download.
- What documents can I create?
- Affidavits (lost certificate, name change), application letters, recommendation letters, school fee letters, consent letters, invitation letters, employment letters, business introduction letters, rental agreements and CBO introduction letters — with more coming.
- How does payment work?
- You pay with M-Pesa. After clicking "Pay & Download" you enter your M-Pesa number and receive an STK push — just enter your PIN. Documents cost between KSh 50 and KSh 150.
- What if my payment went through but I did not get the document?
- Go to "My Documents" — your document will be there once payment is confirmed. If it is not, contact us with your M-Pesa receipt number and we will unlock it manually within a few hours.
- Can I get a refund?
- Because documents are generated on demand, we do not offer refunds except where a technical error prevented delivery. Contact us with your M-Pesa receipt number.
- Is an affidavit from this app legally valid?
- The app prepares the document. An affidavit is only legally valid after you sign it in person before a Commissioner for Oaths or Advocate — this is required by law in Kenya. You cannot skip this step.
- Can I edit a document after paying?
- You can create a free copy of a paid document from "My Documents" and edit the answers, then pay for the new version.
- How do I delete my account and data?
- Go to "My Documents" → "Account" and tap "Request data deletion". We will wipe your personal answers within 30 days in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act.
