Data we collect

We collect the information you provide when creating documents (name, ID number, addresses, phone numbers) and your phone number for account verification. We collect payment records (M-Pesa receipt numbers) for support and reconciliation.

How we use your data

Your answers are used solely to generate the documents you request. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your phone number is shared with the SMS gateway only for OTP delivery, and with M-Pesa/PayHero only to process payment.

Data retention

Your document answers are retained for 12 months from the date of creation to allow re-downloads, then automatically deleted. You can request deletion at any time.

Kenya Data Protection Act

We process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2019 (Kenya). You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us.

Cookies

We use a single secure, httpOnly cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
